Unless you're going to take ownership of all your twin's problem's, which you seem to take great pains to distance yourself from, butt out of this one. She can date whoever she wants, and it's not like she's holding a gun to this guy's head.
I could hypothesize about the roots of why this bothers you so much, but I suspect you already know what I'm going to say.
