Well, I'm finally finished the book. Lets see...
Ron grows up to marry Hermione and have two kids. Percy doesn't die, but I'm not sure what exactly happens to him. Dumbledore didn't come back from the dead, so he's already dead and can't die again.
Mad-Eye Moody dies, Hedwig dies, Dobby dies, Lupin dies, Tonks dies, Snape dies, Fred dies, Crabbe dies (but who cares about him? XD), Voldemort dies, and a bunch of minor characters die as well. All in all, there was a lot of death and destruction in this book.
